Some cleaning tasks require a product with an added water soluable solvent. This is Selden's.
It does have a heavy duty formula so there are limitations to where it can be used (avoid aluminium or galvanised surfaces) but for cutting through oils, fats and grease in commercial kitchens, it's a winner.
Note; it will strip polished floors. Also see my blog on this product and how we prescribed it for a smelly men's toilets in a busy nightclub.
For heavy duty cleaning and wax removal;
Dilute Strongarm 1 part to 10 parts hot or cold water
For general maintenance cleaning;
Dilute Strongarm 1 part to 80 parts hot or cold water
NB. Do not use on aluminium or galvanised surfaces
NB. Ensure good ventilation
NB. Avoid spraying neat material
